Today we’re creating an epic Over-the-Page Bookmark that is both beautiful and incredibly functional for your junk journals!

This design opens up to reveal a large hidden writing space, perfect for private journaling or adding meaningful keepsakes. On the outside, we’ll build bonus pockets on both sides, giving you even more room for tags, journal cards, and extra ephemera.

This piece can be clipped over any journal page, used as a removable writing board, or tucked into a folio or lap book. It’s quick, beginner-friendly, and a wonderful addition to any journal theme — including our Christmas Patisserie series!
