Accordion Pocket Tag Folio | Vintage Gatefold Pocket Project

Happy Monday!

In today’s creative project, we are making a tag-shaped pocket folio with a soft vintage feel and plenty of interactive storage.

This project includes a top pocket or side pocket option, two accordion-style pockets on the inside, and an additional gatefold closure that gives the piece a beautiful & layered reveal. The sample has a romantic vintage look with soft inking, rounded pocket edges, and a simple ribbon closure, but this design can be adapted to so many paper styles.

This is a wonderful project for adding journaling cards, tags, notes, small ephemera pieces, or a little handmade surprise inside a journal or happy mail package.

As always, perfection is not at play in the studio. We are building structure, adding softness, and letting the papers guide the final feel.
