Welcome to Her Garden of Grace!

There are some projects that feel more like reflections than tutorials… and this Pages in the Making episode became exactly that.

In this new Her Garden of Grace spread, I created a softly layered journal page featuring an envelope flip, lace overlay pocket, vintage papers, interactive tuck spaces, and a vellum print of the poem shared within the design.

But more than the techniques, this episode quietly holds pieces of the recent storm experience here at home — the fallen tree, the weight of uncertainty, and the reminder that sometimes growth happens through gentleness rather than force.

The tiny bunny included in the page unexpectedly became part of the story as well… a symbol of softness, resilience, and continuing onward.

This was a calm and unhurried creative session filled with reflective conversation and peaceful layering.

I hope it feels like sitting quietly in the studio together for a little while. ❤️
