Triple Pocket Ephemera with a Hidden Pocket | Pockets of Possibility
One pocket is lovely, but you know I can never resist finding room for another! 🤎
Today in Pockets of Possibility, we are creating a triple pocket ephemera piece for my Gathering In journal.
Three layered pockets give us plenty of places to tuck our favorite journal cards, with each pocket holding at least three cards for writing. And tucked beneath the scalloped flap is one more little surprise: a hidden pocket.
The base is designed to be glued directly onto a journal page, so the pockets become part of the journal while the cards can be slipped out whenever you want to write.
I’ve made three samples to share, each with its own personality, from soft, moody greens to warmer vintage tones. One of the samples features the beautiful Autumn Whispers kit from Pink Monarch Prints.
I love how the layers, textured trims, and seam-binding closures make these pieces feel like little collections of stories waiting to be written. I hope you enjoy creating alongside me and finding your own ways to make this design yours.
